# About Ribbon

Ribbon is an **AI-powered voice interview platform** that helps hiring teams streamline screening. Candidates interview on their own schedule, and your team reviews transcripts, summaries, and evidence-backed scores to decide who moves forward.

## How it works

1. **Create a role** from a job description, posting link, template, or connected ATS job.
2. **Customize your interview** — review questions, scoring criteria, language, voice, and settings before publishing.
3. **Invite candidates** using a shareable link or invitations through Ribbon.
4. **Review and manage candidates** — explore results, update statuses, and share feedback with your team.

ATS integrations are available on Scale and Enterprise plans. Other features may depend on your plan or account configuration.

## The candidate experience

Interviews feel like a phone conversation and typically take around **20 minutes**, depending on the questions and responses. Candidates complete a sound check and interview without booking a time. A camera is needed if **Require Video** is enabled.
