# Managing multiple requisitions with Multi-Req

> Link requisitions and locations under one Ribbon role.

Multi-Req brings multiple requisitions or locations together under one Ribbon role, so your team can manage interviews and review candidates in one place.

## Link requisitions

1. Open the Ribbon role you'd like to use.
2. Go to **Settings → ATS**.
3. Click **Link a requisition**.
4. Search for and select the roles you'd like to link. Search by the role name as it appears in your ATS.
5. Click **Link**.

You can link existing active Ribbon roles without recreating them, as well as new requisitions from your ATS.

If your ATS stages are mapped, candidates and their stages continue to sync through the linked requisitions.

## How candidates are assigned to locations

* **Invited through your ATS:** Candidates are automatically assigned to the location associated with their requisition.
* **Using a shared Ribbon interview link:** Candidates choose their location before starting.

## Multi-Req or multiple hires?

You don't need a separate requisition for every hire. A single Ribbon role can support multiple hires. Use Multi-Req when you want to bring separate requisitions or locations together under one role.
