Available on Scale and Enterprise plans. Connecting an ATS helps you create roles from open jobs, import candidates, and synchronize supported hiring activity.

Before you begin

You’ll need System Admin access in Ribbon and may need an ATS administrator or API key.

Connect your ATS

  1. Click your team name in the sidebar and select Organization settings.
  2. Under General, select Integrations.
  3. Click Connect ATS and select your ATS.
  4. Review permissions and follow the setup instructions.
  5. Wait for the initial sync before creating ATS-linked roles.
The initial sync may take 20 minutes to 72 hours, depending on the ATS and data volume. Check connection status and last sync time under Integrations. Once connected, you can create roles from ATS jobs, map statuses to stages, and set up automated interview invitations. Need help? Email support@ribbon.ai.
