Ribbon’s team system lets you organize your recruiting efforts and control who can access what.

This allows cross-team collaboration while maintaining control.

Best Practices

For Small Teams

  • Use a single team with all members
  • Give most people edit access for flexibility

For Large Organizations

  • Create separate teams by department or function
  • Use view-only access for stakeholders who need visibility
  • Reserve edit access for those actively managing candidates

For Sensitive Roles

  • Limit access to only those directly involved
  • Use the request system for ad-hoc needs
  • Regularly audit who has access to what
